What are you Thankful for?

In the modern age of flashy cars, influencers, and uncertainty in the economy, it’s not easy to remember to give thanks to those who help you along the way. To keep you safe, put a roof over your head, and make it possible for you to go on adventures, no matter how big or small they may seem.

It’s been a tough year for so many of us trying to find full-time employment out of college. So my advice to you and to many is: If you’re good at something, see what you can do with those skills. It’s even better if you network and make connections along the way. Those connections might just land you somewhere in the new year!

Here’s what I’m Thankful For

This year, I’m Thankful for RackGenius for giving me a platform to showcase how creative I can be when I put my mind to it. I’m Thankful for Ethan, Evan, David, Niko, Jaryn, Kason, and all the RackGenius Discord bots. We all do something different to make RackGenius what it is, and without a strong team working together, nothing would be possible! 

I’m Thankful for Simon from Hypixel for buying the rights to Hytale back from RiotGames. I can’t wait to see what the game will feel like to play for the first time.  Considering I’ve been looking forward to this since the announcement almost 7 years ago, it’s great to see it’s back on track for everyone to enjoy! 

I’m Thankful to RockstarGames for delaying GTA6. Mostly so I have time to save up for a console that’s actually going to be able to run it without exploding. Plus I want this game we’ve been waiting 10+ years for to actually look polished. Plus, maybe, just maybe, it’ll run on next-gen hardware and be ready to handle millions of players on launch day. 

I’m thankful for my girlfriend for joining me on this adventure we call life. Whether it’s gaming together, going on a day trip somewhere, laughing uncontrollably, or even just her watching me work on advertising campaigns for RackGenius ( constantly asking me am I done yet, yet a true creatives work is never done). We’ve been to and done some pretty incredible things this year, and we will be doing many more next year. 

Last but never least, I’m thankful for ALL OF YOU! Without YOU, there would be no RackGenius or RackGenius blog. We’re over 50 posts deep, and we’ve covered some exciting topics so far. Thank each and every one of you for reading, sharing, and commenting. Purchasing, developing and creating with RackGenius. Without your support, none of this would be possible! 

So here’s to everything and everyone we’re thankful for this year.  Thanks for the opportunities that made an impact. Here’s to the new adventures and opportunities to come. You really never know what might come next!
